HOW CAN I MAKE RESERVATION?

You can receive an online reservation quote from www.dream-rentacar.com and complete your reservation in a couple simple step. You can make your reservation 7 / 24 at any time by calling our reservation center at 0 242 463 12 93 .

WOULD I CERTAINLY RECEIVE THE CAR THAT I RESERVED? 

Reservations are made as group based and therefore no brand guarantee is given. If there is not any available car in the group, for which you made a reservation, a car from a higher segment will be rented at the same price.

WHAT ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT?

Your driver's licence, ( If you are coming from abroad, you must also present your passport), your valid credit card, You must certainly ask for a copy of the signed rental agreement, which indicates the amount of rent and deposit that you have paid.

CAN I RENT A CAR WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS ISSUED FOR ANOTHER PERSON?

Unfortunately, you can not rent a car with the credit card of another person. The credit card holder must certainly be with you in the point, when renting the car.

CAN MY FRIENDS DRIVE THE CAR?

The car can only be driven by any person other than the person that has rented the car, in case driver's licence details of additional drivers are indicated in the rental agreement and relevant additional driver fee is paid. Otherwise and/or in case of any accident all assurances will be deemed void and both the renting person and the driver will be held individually and jointly responsible.

ARE THERE KILOMETER LIMITS IN YOUR CARS?

In daily rents, there are 250 km limits per day. Kilometer limit is applied for monthly car rentals. For more information please contact with our reservation center.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING POLICY?

We have a dynamic and varying price policy, depanding on the demand and intensity in the relevant region.

I HAVE RESERVED A CAR FOR A PERIOD LESS THAN 24 HOURS, HOW MUCH WILL I PAY?

Since minimum rental period is 24 hours, at least one day rate is collected.


DO YOUR CARS HAVE HGS?

All our cars have HGS. For prices please contact with our reservation center.

CAN I TRAVEL TO ABROAD WITH THE CAR THAT I RENTED?

No, rented cars cannot be taken to abroad.

WHAT MUST I DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?

You must apply to the closest police or gendarmerie station without changing location of the car and call DREAMWAY support line 0242 316 12 93.
